#WeAreIn for jobs that impact everyone's life. What if your ideas could change the way the world connects, powers up, or thinks? As a Principal Engineer Digital Design on our Research & Development team, you'll have the opportunity to merge creativity with your technical expertise by shaping the future of technology, driving groundbreaking projects, and bringing new ideas to life. Are you in? Your Role As a Digital Designer for Power Management IP in our Research & Development team in Austria, you will be at the core of one of the most technically demanding disciplines in SoC design: the digital intelligence that governs power inside next-generation Infineon microcontrollers. You'll own the full design cycle of digital PM IP blocks -- from architecture and RTL implementation through synthesis, power-intent closure (UPF/IEEE 1801), and tape-out. Your work will directly shape how Infineon's AURIX™ and PSoC™ microcontroller families manage power domains, control DC/DC regulation loops, handle power sequencing, and meet the strictest functional safety requirements of ISO 26262. This is not just a design role. It's a chance to shape the building blocks that shapes the future of mobility with microelectronics enabling clean, safe, and smart cars. You'll collaborate hand-in-hand with world-class analog, mixed-signal, verification and systems engineers and software experts, influencing methodologies and flows, and leave your fingerprint on products that reach millions of end-users worldwide. Merge your creativity with deep technical expertise -- and help us redefine what microcontrollers can do. Are you in? Key responsibilities in your new role * Own microarchitecture design and specification based on system-level requirements * Drive the development of scalable, reusable IPs to meet platform and project needs * Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including system architects, software engineers and validation teams, to ensure seamless product integration *...
