Your tasks:
* Lead and develop the portfolio and pipeline strategy for assigned asset categories
* Expertise either in seed treatment and / or insecticides strongly preferred
* Serve as the 'go-to' expert, facilitating communication across core functions and the distribution business
* Conduct market and financial analyses to support product positioning and marketing strategies
* Influence cross-functional teams both directly and indirectly
* Ensure efficient product supply, strong branding, and category growth
* Main interface between Research & Development, Sales and Customers
Your skills:
* Relevant degree preferably in Biology and Agronomy
* Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing, sales, or product management
* Strong understanding of marketing principles
* Excellent project, process, and organizational management skills
* Ability to work independently and influence collaborative teams
* Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills with proven impact
* Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
* Willingness to travel up to 50% across the core regions
* Professional fluency in English, knowledge of German is also preferred
