As the Resident Manager at Milestone Living by Tribera, you'll play a pivotal role in managing property operations, enhancing the resident experience, and driving business success at one of our premier locations.
What You'll Do:
* Customer Acquisition & Marketing: Collaborate with the Corporate Services team to implement local sales and marketing strategies, and identify local partners to strengthen the MILESTONE by Tribera brand experience.
* Customer Care & Retention: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through community building, prompt response to resident inquiries and complaints, and maintaining a stable living environment.
* Facility Management: Work closely with external suppliers and the Corporate Services team to maintain the optimal condition of the property.
* Operational Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate financial and operational reporting, adhering to MILESTONE's business compliance guidelines.
* Quality & Safety: Implement quality management measures, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensure residents' safety through regular drills and access control.
Your profile
What We're Looking For:
* Experience: At least 1 year of experience at MILESTONE or 2-5 years in a similar hospitality management role such as Resident Manager, Front Office Manager, or Room Division Manager.
* People Skills: A strong ability to work with diverse teams and create a positive, collaborative environment for both residents and colleagues.
* Attention to Detail: A high level of precision and organizational skills with a strong affinity for administrative tasks and data management.
* Communication Skills: Fluency Dutch in (C1/C2) and English (C1/C2), with additional languages a plus.
* Leadership: Proven experience in leading teams, with the ability to drive performance and provide training and support.

* The monthly gross salary for this full-time position starts at €2.215. A competitive salary increase is possible based on your qualifications and experience
