Balance Sheet Risk Management serves as a Center of Competence for managing Liquidity risk within the RBI Group. Considering ongoing regulatory requirements and initiatives, we are seeking a Student Support to assist the team in the daily operations.
We are seeking a proactive self-organized Student Support in Liquidity Risk to join our highly engaged team at RBI Group. In this role, you will ensure timely and high-quality regulatory and internal reporting while gaining exposure to bank balance sheet steering and risk management across the Group.

These tasks are waiting for you
* Assist the team by conducting weekly, monthly, and quarterly internal reporting on liquidity risk. Support development of tools to improve efficiency of the reporting process.
* Support the team in preparing the data/presentations for RBI Group Committees (Asset Liability Committee and Group Risk Committee).
* Assist team in monitoring liquidity risk limits violations.
Your core competencies
* Active studies in Informatics, Economics / Finance or similar.
* Basic knowledge of how banking balance sheet structure.
* Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools including Power BI.
* Knowledge of programming languages, preferably SQL, VBA; programming skills in R and Python are a plus.
* Enthusiastic about working with numbers and data.
* Strong motivation to learn and a proactive, hands‑on approach.
* Team player and good communication skills.
* Excellent English skills.
* Independence, structure, and eagerness to learn and tackle new challenges.
