Team Lead Quality Management (m/f/d) – Production

In this role, you will lead a team of 2–5 specialists, hold full budget responsibility for the QM department, and work closely with the Head of SCM and the COO. Your work ensures quality excellence across all production stages – contributing directly to the future of renewable energy.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
Quality Management
* Lead and develop the QM team
* Improve QM processes and documentation
* Embed quality processes into supply chain, production & logistics workflows
* Manage inbound and outbound inspections
* Drive quality assurance and quality control across supply chain & production
* Strengthen supplier quality development in cooperation with SCM
* Manage customer complaints and ensure sustainable corrective actions
* Develop and monitor KPIs and perform basic data analysis
Process, Risk and Compliance Management
* Identify risks and implement preventive actions
* Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards
* Provide training and promote a strong quality culture
Health and Safety
* Support Health and Safety initiatives and promote a safety and quality mindset
YOUR PROFILE
* Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science or similar
* Additional training in Quality Management or auditing
* 7–10 years’ experience in manufacturing, ideally with technology products
* Leadership background in Quality Management or Quality Assurance
* Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other ISO standards
* Practical expertise in process optimization, quality assurance, quality control and supplier evaluation
* Experience with ISO 9001 audits and quality methods such as APQP, 8D, FMEA, Six Sigma and MSA
* Excellent communication skills in English and German
* Strong IT skills in ERP System (Microsoft Business Central) and MS Office
* Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills
* Team‑oriented mindset and eagerness to collaborate across disciplines
