* Responsible for independently handling air freight shipments in line with quality standards. Tasks include global communication, dangerous goods processing per DGR, and organizing transport solutions. Also manages shipment notifications and customer invoicing.
Your Responsibilities
* Independent handling of air freight shipments in accordance with our quality standards
* Communication with customers and international offices
* Daily correspondence with our global network
* Handling of dangerous goods in compliance with DGR regulations
* Organization and development of transport solutions
* Notification and invoicing to our customers
Your Profile
* Successfully completed vocational training as a freight forwarding and logistics clerk or a commercial qualification
* Ideally, relevant experience in air freight (export)
* Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving and systematic thinking skills
* Strong communication skills and a team player
* Valid DGR certificate is an advantage
* Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are a plus
* Results-driven personality
* Hands-on mentality
