Salary: gross monthly salary from € 3,970.52, in line with the market, depending on specific qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities
* Management and support of group leaders and employees during the shift
* Responsibility for a smooth production process and adherence to production schedules and delivery deadlines
* Coordinating all production lines and reacting quickly in the event of disruptions or bottlenecks
* Ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene and safety regulations, including documentation
* Organising shift handovers and collaborating with Production, Planning, Quality assurance and Technology
* Checking correct ERP/CSB bookings and checking quantities and inventories
* Implementing occupational safety and improvement measures and promoting an open error and improvement culture
Qualifications
* Completed vocational training in the food, production or technical field
* Several years of professional experience in Production, ideally in the food sector
* Management experience and strong communication skills required, ideally in shift operation
* High understanding of quality and safety
* Hands‑on mentality combined with assertiveness and team orientation
* Structured, decisive way of working with a high level of responsibility
* Experience in working with ERP systems
* Written and spoken German
* Two‑shift operation from Monday to Saturday (5‑day week)
