Your Tasks
* Independent responsibility for the entire financial accounting process – from account assignment and posting to reconciliation of accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets, and bank accounts
* Collaboration on tax-related matters and close cooperation with external tax advisors and auditors
* Coordination and execution of intercompany reconciliations within the group
* Preparation of monthly and quarterly closings and support in preparing the annual financial statements
* Active participation in planning, controlling, and reporting of the IT budget – contributing to the financial future of our digital infrastructure
* Preparation of meaningful financial analyses, reports, and management presentations
* Co-design and optimization of financial processes through the use of modern, IT-supported systems
* Acting as an interface to internal and external stakeholders – connecting numbers, people, and technology
* Serving as the central point of contact for ad-hoc analyses and management inquiries
Requirements
* Completed commercial education (e.g. business school, university of applied sciences, or finance academy) and a completed or ongoing qualification as a certified accountant
* At least three years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally within the insurance or IT sector
* Experience with market-standard IT finance tools (e.g. Clarity, Confluence, JIRA) is an advantage
* Excellent MS Excel skills, experience in working with SAP and a strong affinity for data-driven work
* An independent, structured, and agile working style – you think in solutions and act proactively
* Motivation to drive change and embrace new ways of working
* Team spirit, resilience, and a confident demeanor
* Very good German and English skills, knowledge of an Eastern European language is an asset

The annual gross salary (full-time) for the position is at least EUR 55.300,--. Do you have extensive experience and expertise? If so, we're happy to offer a salary above this amount in recognition of your qualifications.
