A key pillar of our strategy is “AI for everyone” – making AI literacy universal across the organization. To support this mission, we are looking for a motivated intern to help us scale AI literacy through content creation, communication and learning initiatives across the Group.
As part of the Group AI Office, you will work closely with AI experts, strategists and learning professionals. Your focus will be on making AI understandable, engaging and actionable for a broad employee audience.
Your Tasks:
10. Supporting the strategic pillar on AI Literacy by creating and maintaining learning and communication content (presentations, short explainers, visuals, playbooks, internal articles, videos, prompts)
11. Translating complex AI topics (e.g. generative AI, Copilot, safe usage, AI design principles) into clear, accessible formats for different target groups (employees, managers, experts)
12. Helping design and roll out learning formats such as webinars, micro‑learning assets, internal campaigns, and community content
13. Supporting internal communication initiatives around AI strategy, priorities and success stories across the Group
14. Assisting in the structuring and curation of AI knowledge (e.g. AI playbooks, prompt libraries, role‑based guidance)
15. Collaborating with stakeholders from AI, Data, Legal, Risk and Communications on selected initiatives and events
Your Background:
16. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g. business, communication, psychology, education, IT, data, design, social sciences or a related field)
17. Strong interest in AI, digital transformation and learning
18. Enjoy creating content and explaining complex topics in a simple, structured way
19. Curious about how AI is used responsibly in a regulated environment like banking
20. Work in a structured, reliable and self‑organized manner and take ownership of tasks
21. Comfortable collaborating in an international, interdisciplinary environment
22. Communicate confidently in English (German is a strong plus).
