Main Tasks
* Ensure all HR processes for two Fresenius Medical Care companies in Austria (Krems & Vienna), taking into account Group-wide requirements
* Creation of all related documents (e.g. service contracts & sheets).
* Responsible for implementation of HR relevant processes, documents or systems required by Corporate
* Accompanying salary adjustment processes in coordination with executives, the Comp&Ben department, management and, if applicable, global business partners
* Perform and ensure compliance & quality compliant onboarding and offboarding of employees
* Prepare and release monthly payroll for external payroll vendor
* Ensure compliance with labor law in the processes
* Cost center responsible for HR
* Provide HR key figures to various stakeholders (General Management, Management Team or Corporate)
* Sparring partner for General Management on HR-related but also general issues.
* Creation of HR relevant guidelines
* First contact for Works Council (including negotiations)
Your Profile
* University degree with specialization in human resources management
* 5 years of relevant professional experience
* Enforcement
* People-oriented thinking and acting
* Willingness to deal with constand change, flexibility
* Knowledge in the field of labor law and basic knowledge of payroll accounting
* Fluent Englisch and German
* Classical Office Tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
* HR related IT-Systems
