Your new role:
* Use Figma together with modern AI tooling (large language models, MCP based agents etc.) to go from design to interactive prototypes that users can actually click
* Continuously explore and evaluate new AI and automation tools that can speed up UX workflows, from ideation to testable prototypes
* Conduct user research
* Organize and perform user tests to evaluate your design
* Be able to communicate your design to multiple stakeholders internal and external
* Be in constant exchange with product manager/owner and developers
* Leading a team of UX/UI designers
* Professional experience in UX/UI (min. 3 years)
* Experience with Design tools such as Figma
* Jira and Scrum should not be foreign to you
* Fluent English is required – German is a plus
* Experience in leading a team of designers
* Experience in driving and executing UX/UI strategies
* Creative thinking, problem-solving, communication skills
* Self-management and thinking out of the box
* Healthcare experience would be desirable but is not required
