Job profile:
* Independent research in the field of aquatic evolutionary ecology with a focus on defence against multiple natural enemies such as parasites and predators
* Publication of research results
* Supervision of students and guidance of technical staff
* Project acquisition and administration (drafting and submission of third-party funded project applications, administration of project funds, reporting)
* Independent organisation of courses in the field of aquatic evolutionary ecology
* Collaboration in research, teaching and administrative tasks of the institute
Your profile:
* Research experience in the fields of aquatic ecology and/or evolutionary ecology
* Desirable qualifications: Postdoctoral experience, publications in high-ranking international journals, acquisition of third-party funding, experience abroad and experience in supervising students
* Flexibility, independence, teamwork and communication skills
* Good knowledge of English
