What Does Your Workday Look Like…
1. You are the central hub of hotel operations, holistically and responsibly leading all operational departments while acting as a link between guests, employees, department heads, and management.
2. You contribute to the budgeting process, optimize and analyze procedures together with department heads, and thus increase guest and employee satisfaction.
3. As a host and leader, you are present with positive energy and drive, leading by example.
4. With your strong sense of people, you foster team spirit, promote cross-departmental collaboration, and support and develop talent.
Qualifications
Your personality counts more than your CV …
1. You have several years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry and ideally have built solid knowledge in both the Rooms and F&B departments.
2. You inspire your colleagues just as much as you do your guests. Additionally, you are experienced in organizing hotel operations and creating staff schedules.
3. With your hands-on mentality, you actively support operational work, think outside the box, and develop long-term solutions.
4. You are passionate about good food and drinks, love discovering new F&B concepts, and are eager to help shape our F&B and event areas.
5. You have excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
6. You are tech-savvy and experienced in using POS and hotel software.
7. You are a doer—and you openly admit when you make a mistake.
8. You don’t just bring your skills, but also your personality.
