What You'll Do
Lead international sourcing initiatives and purchasing projects
Influence product development decisions with a strong focus on cost efficiency
Define and implement supplier, purchasing, and commodity strategies
Manage contracts, including risk and claim management
Build strong supplier partnerships while actively managing supply and commercial risks
Drive process optimisation and digitalisation within purchasing
What You Bring
Degree in a technical or business-related field
Proven experience in international purchasing environments
Strong project and change management capabilities
Solid ERP procurement experience
Business-fluent English and German
Confident negotiator with a results-driven mindset
Strong communication skills and intercultural awareness
Willingness to travel internationally
