Your job * After an onboarding phase, you will actively drive the global growth strategy for the SICAM portfolio, focusing primarily on software products * You will achieve market share growth by maximizing customer benefits, optimally positioning products, and ensuring USPs * You will proactively drive the push of the SICAM 8 Power Automation Platform through sales organizations & business development * Together with the experienced Marketing & Promotion team, you will help prepare training concepts and necessary content for the SICAM portfolio * As an interface between our customers and R&D, and through the evaluation of customer needs, you will provide valuable input for further product development Your profile * Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or similar field is desirable * You possess strong entrepreneurial thinking, can motivate colleagues across organizational boundaries, and ideally have initial professional experience in the energy supply industry * You are creative, reliable, have a strong affinity for sales activities, and are interested in cyber security, digitalization, software solutions & communication technologies * Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 25%) * Basic German language skills, excellent English skills (additional foreign languages are advantageous) What we offer * Flexible working hours * Uncomplicated home office arrangement including payment of a home office allowance * Part-time-employment is possible (at least 30h/week) * Canteen at the location * Extensive opportunities for further development * Company daycare center * Open and informal corporate culture * and much more The gross annual salary according to the collective agreement of the electrical and electronics industry for this position is at least EUR 59.015,46 (fulltime-based).
