Student Recruitment Coordinator (all genders) Full-time (40 h/w) in Vienna, Austria

Responsibilities
* Filter, distribute and respond to incoming enquiries from prospective Modul University Vienna students and stakeholders.
* Engage with potential candidates efficiently through Modul University’s customer relationship management system to maximize application submissions and maintain the applicant pipeline.
* Conduct outbound calling campaigns to support progression through the applicant lifecycle.
* Collect data from different touchpoints with enquirers and applicants, ensuring accuracy of records.
* Contribute to creating meaningful experiences and relationships through various communication channels (online, offline) and support activities with prospective students and involved stakeholders, i.e., parents, school counsellors, agents, educational partners.
* Participate in and deliver on‑campus student recruitment activities, including but not limited to campus tours, presentations and Open Days.
* Capture data accurately and efficiently from activities and events to enable appropriate follow up with potential students.
* Liaise with internal departments to facilitate accurate and timely responses to potential students.
* Support the Student Recruitment team with administrative tasks that facilitate the smooth operational running of events and the department.
* Deputise for Student Recruitment Advisors, which may include representing Modul University Vienna domestically or internationally at recruitment events.
* Support the planning and organisation of recruitment trips and activities.
Your profile
* University degree or equivalent.
* Ideally a minimum of one year full‑time relevant work experience, preferably in a customer‑facing role, higher education or familiarity with a university environment.
* Effective communicator who likes working with people.
* Strong organisational skills, proven ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and multitask.
* Effective planning and time management skills.
* Detail‑oriented approach to data collection and management.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (at C‑level) are a must and German are an asset.
* IT affinity and knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and Excel.
* Valid work permit in Austria.
* Willingness to work occasionally on weekends.
