Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Manage reservations and scheduling using spa software systems, optimizing efficiency and guest satisfaction
* Provide detailed information on spa treatments, services, and wellness offerings
* Ensure the spa reception and waiting areas remain immaculate, serene, and well-stocked
* Process payments, manage billing, and maintain accurate guest records
* Support therapists and management with administrative and operational tasks as required
