Main Responsibilities:
* Independently manage your assigned kitchen station
* Lead and coordinate your team
* Collaborate closely with the Head Chef
* Take part in menu planning and design
* Receive and control deliveries
* Ensure high-quality food standards
* Comply with hygiene and HACCP regulations
What We Expect:
* Completed culinary education
* Several years of experience in a fine dining or high-class kitchen
* Good command of German
* Solid knowledge of European / French cuisine
* Creativity, responsibility, and independence
* Understanding of HACCP standards
