About the role:
This role is a mixture of case management and sales, working to create opportunities for people that deserve some extra guidance.
* Building relationships with stakeholders and staying accountable for actioned agreed upon
* Phone based sales, speaking to local employers to gain positions for people with limited experience
* Follow daily structures, that means you can build a strong routine and ensure all tasks have dedicated time to be completed
* Gain strong understandings of what makes people suitable for jobs – become an expert in resume formatting.
