* Leading and managing complex regulatory projects with a focus on licensing, governance, and compliance
* Advising executive boards and management teams on strategic regulatory positioning and business model alignment
* Taking professional responsibility for project teams, mentoring consultants, and supporting their career development
* Designing regulatory target operating models, organizational structures, and policy frameworks
* Reviewing and ensuring the quality of regulatory submissions and supporting documentation
* Monitoring emerging regulations and assessing their strategic implications
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships while contributing to business development and proposal work
* Supporting the ongoing enhancement of the company's service portfolio and representing the firm at industry events
* University degree or equivalent
* At least several years of relevant professional experience in consulting or an in-house regulatory function within the financial sector
* In-depth understanding of financial regulation, particularly MiCAR, KWG, WpIG, DORA, and ZAG
* Proven track record in leading multidisciplinary project teams and managing diverse stakeholder groups
* Ability to prioritize effectively, stay calm under pressure, and deliver practical, solution-oriented results
* Strong interest in financial innovation, especially in blockchain-based business models and digital finance technologies
* Excellent analytical, conceptual, and communication skills
* Entrepreneurial mindset and a commitment to high-quality work
* Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken
* Proficiency with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
