Role Overview
We’re seeking a Business Development Manager to lead our growth in Austria, with a strong focus on public and private hospitals as well as long term care facilities.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the healthcare ecosystem and enjoys building long-term relationships with hospital leaders. You’ll identify opportunities, engage with key stakeholders, and help establish Teton as a trusted partner for hospitals looking to improve efficiency and staff experience through digital innovation.
What You’ll Do
* Develop a deep understanding of Teton’s platform, value proposition, and the operational landscape of hospitals in Austria.
* Identify, qualify, and engage potential hospital partners through targeted outreach and relationship-building.
* Build relationships with hospital executives, department heads, and operational leads to understand their workflow and efficiency priorities.
* Develop tailored engagement strategies and support regional leadership in presenting and positioning Teton’s solutions.
* Support preparation of proposals, meetings, and events that advance hospital partnerships.
* Represent Teton at healthcare conferences, trade shows, and industry associations in Austria.
* Track outreach activity and pipeline development using CRM tools with high attention to detail.
* Stay up to date on healthcare digitization initiatives, funding programs, and technology adoption trends in Austria.
What You’ll Need
* 2-4 years of sales or business development experience, including at least2+ years working with hospitals or healthcare organizationson digital transformation, workflow optimization, or technology adoption initiatives.
* Strong understanding ofhospital operations, clinical workflows, and healthcare IT infrastructure (e.g., EMR, PACS, or related systems).
* Experience collaborating withhospital executives, department leaders, and key operational stakeholders.
* A highly organized self-starter with excellent planning, follow-through, and attention to detail.
* Comfortable working independently while contributing to an international and cross-functional team.
* Fluent inGerman and English, both written and spoken.
* Based in or nearVienna, with flexibility to travel across Austria as needed.
