Accountabilities
* Lead the capture planning and proposal process.
* Facilitate Business Development meetings with leadership.
* Develop and maintain the company pipeline database.
* Research and analyze government procurement opportunities.
* Maintain business pipeline profiles and internal databases.
* Conduct gate reviews and qualify opportunities.Develop proposals and client solutions to enhance win probability.
* Coordinate and manage capability statements and proposals.
* Build and maintain client partnerships.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
* 10+ years of Business Development experience.
* 5+ years in a managerial role focused on federal contracts.
* Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively.
* Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to collaboratively achieve project goals.
* Competence in government contracting and delivery.
* Experience with FAR and relevant technical areas.
* Strong analytical skills for opportunity assessment.
