This Position reports to: SnOP Specialist Production
Responsibilities
* Create and automate statistical forecasts in SAP IBP based on sales data
* Data cleansing: identify and correct outliers, missing values, or unusual spikes
* Participate in monthly S&OP workshops to coordinate with cross-functional teams
* Support the optimization of end-to-end processes and manage master data in production planning
What It Takes To Run What Runs The World
* Experience with SAP ERP (PP module), SAP IBP, PP/DS or similar planning software
* Knowledge of Python, SQL, and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
* Understanding of budget and performance management
* Experience in data analysis & reporting as well as project management
* Skill in inventory management, logistics, and fulfillment processes
* Ability for resource planning and capacity control
* Structured working style, initiative, and team spirit
* Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken

The minimum compensation, in accordance with the electrical and electronics industry collective agreement, is 52.853,78 EUR annual for a full-time position as of May 2025. We are happy to discuss compensation in person based on qualifications and experience.
