Legal Counsel (f/m/x)(Part-time / 30 hours)

Responsibilities:
* Independent legal counsel for Anton Paar GmbH and its international subsidiaries in day-to-day operations Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating national and international contracts
* Legal support for projects and business transactions of varying scope and complexity
* Advising on corporate and commercial law matters, particularly in connection with company formations and M&A activities
* Developing group-wide legal standards and policies
Requirements:
* Completed university degree in a relevant field (Law, Business Law)
* In-depth knowledge of international contract and commercial law
* At least three years of professional experience as Legal Counsel in an industrial company or a commercial law firm
* Ability to identify and assess legal risks, develop practical solutions, and implement them with legal precision
* Technical understanding and basic knowledge of IP law are an advantage
* Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
* Strong negotiation skills and advisory competence
* Entrepreneurial mindset, solution orientation, social intelligence, and a hands-on attitude

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is €4.400 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring. That’s why we take the time to determine your actual gross salary individually and are happy to offer a higher pay in recognition of your qualifications.
