The future generations of all Porsche vehicle models are developed at the Weissach Development Center. Central Departmental Management consolidates the management of cross-cutting issues and is responsible for:
* Development location and investment budget
* Vehicle development process, including project-specific scheduling
* Resource management and procurement strategy
* Professional employee qualifications and development budget
* Recourse, supplier evaluation, and PMT architecture with IT budget
During your internship, you will gain insights into the Porsche working environment and support various departments based on your field of study, including:
* Development budget planning: Assisting in planning and managing vehicle project budgets, preparing forecasts, supporting IT tools development, and analyzing key performance indicators.
* Scheduling and vehicle development process: Participating in project scheduling, supporting FEP process, preparing documents for committees, and acting as an interface within vehicle projects.
* Resources, qualifications, and procurement strategy: Assisting in procurement development, preparing decision documents, and communicating with internal and external partners.
* Process, method, and tool architecture: Supporting process modeling, developing IT architecture, and contributing to IT portfolio management.
