With data notarization, an intelligent data layer, and interoperability, Tributech helps organizations future-proof their IoT and OT ecosystems efficiently.
You Are Responsible For
Lead the design and development of backend systems that power our trustworthy data platform
Drive the implementation of scalable, secure, and robust product features and services, ensuring continuous improvement of system performance and reliability
Architect and maintain backend interfaces that seamlessly integrate with various services, cloud components, and front-end applications
Define and shape service and software architecture, setting technical direction and best practices across the engineering team
Make high-impact design and technology decisions as a key technical leader, ensuring alignment with business goals and product strategy
Collaborate closely with the Head of Development & CTO, working with modern cloud technologies, IoT frameworks, and data-driven services to deliver innovative solutions.
You Have
8+ years of professional experience in backend development with C# and .NET Core, including at least 3+ years in a software product development role
Strong experience in designing and creating software architectures following industry best practices, with the ability to design and implement new solutions from the ground up
Solid knowledge of relational and document-oriented database systems, including experience in data modeling and optimization
Practical experience working with container technologies and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
Understanding of computer networks and distributed systems (P2P, client / server architectures)
Familiarity with cryptographic principles and secure system design
Interest in data security, IoT, P2P and DLT technologies
Excellent team player with strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across teams and convey complex technical ideas clearly
