Within the Customer Service team, we are the frontline for our outdoor activity customers and providers, combining human empathy with smart technology to deliver exceptional service and create unforgettable experiences.
What You Will Do in This Role
After completing a comprehensive onboarding, you will become a key player in our vibrant Customer Service team. Your mission is versatile: depending on needs and seasonal peaks, you will alternate between helping customers find their next adventure and ensuring every booking runs like clockwork for both our travelers and providers.
You will gain a 360° view of our business by taking ownership of:
* Act as an Adventure Consultant: Find the perfect match for our customers (from rafting to boat tours and scuba diving) by providing personalized guidance and expert market knowledge.
* Drive the Sale: Convert inquiries into unforgettable memories by representing the voice of checkyeti across phone, email, and WhatsApp.
* Innovate with AI: Work with our cutting‑edge AI Product Assistant to fine‑tune its performance and ensure our customers always get the most accurate and helpful advice.
* Master the Market: Use industry‑leading tools like Hubspot and Aircall to manage your pipeline and help us achieve our common growth milestones.
Customer & Provider Service
* Own the Booking Lifecycle: Manage and monitor bookings from start to finish, resolving cases efficiently to ensure a smooth experience for both customers and providers.
* Provider Support & Training: Build strong relationships with our international providers, training them on our back‑office tools to help them manage their bookings effectively.
* The "Human Soul" of AI: Monitor our automated support systems and chatbots to ensure they deliver empathetic, high‑quality responses, identifying errors and reporting opportunities for improvement.
* Cross‑Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Business Development team to test new platform features and provide feedback from the front lines to help improve our processes and automations.
Who We Are Looking For
* Great Communicator: You are an eloquent communicator with a talent for providing top‑tier service, clearly articulating ideas, and successfully closing deals.
* Organized & Accurate: You have a "precision‑first" mindset. You possess strong time‑management skills, can prioritize tasks efficiently, and maintain high accuracy even when things get fast‑paced.
* Tech‑Savvy & Proactive: You are comfortable with modern tools (Hubspot, Slack, etc.) and bring a positive "can‑do" attitude to every challenge. You are excited to work with and help improve our AI‑driven platforms.
* Multilingual: You are fluent (C1) in English and at least one of our core languages: French, Italian, or German. Additional fluency in Spanish or Dutch is a great plus.
* Flexible: You are flexible and ready to work during weekends and public holidays according to a shift schedule.
* Team Player & Outdoor Enthusiast: You thrive in collaborative environments and share our genuine passion for outdoor activities and the travel industry.
* Motivated Student/Graduate: You are a student or recent graduate (Business, Tourism, or similar) looking to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing startup. Having a background in tourism, tech, sales, or service is a big plus.
