You are passionate about data-driven customer experience and eager to shape the future of personalized notifications. Within our team at Lufthansa Group you help to deliver smarter, tailored communications to our customers via app and mail.
 * You conduct industry benchmarking to help identify and implement best practices
 * You support user research initiatives, end-to-end product tests, and A/B testing to drive data-driven decision-making
 * You analyze data and identify insights
 * You create presentation decks and keep documentation up-to-date
 * You bridge the gap between customer needs and development by preparing detailed work packages

Requirements
 * You are enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment must be enclosed with the application)
 * You have a strong interest in digital communication and personalization
 * You are eager to learn and contribute your own ideas
 * You work well in an international environment team and take initiative to handle tasks independently and proactively
 * You can confidently use the MS Office applications
 * You ideally have experience with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Python)
 * You speak English fluently; German is a plus
 * You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union
