Your tasks
* Experimental Design & Execution - plan and conduct lab-scale experiments, pilot trials, and hands‑on testing to validate process concepts
* Innovative Process Development - drive the advancement of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes through creative and forward‑thinking engineering solutions
* Process Implementation - support the rollout of innovative process technologies in production environments, including tech transfer, pilot runs, and validation activities
* Technical Troubleshooting - operate in practical problem‑solving during experimental and implementation phases to ensure robust process performance
* Continuous Improvement - contribute to the ongoing optimization of pharmaceutical processes for enhanced efficiency, scalability, and quality
* Cross‑Functional Collaboration - work closely with experts from the Global Technical Center in Graz and production unit partners to align innovation with operational needs
* Documentation & Reporting - document experimental results and present findings to internal teams and external stakeholders
Our expectations
* Completed degree (Master or higher) in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a comparable field
* Minimum 3 years practical experience in a technical environment is a must; pharmaceutical experience is a plus
* Practical knowledge in handling and processing various liquid pharmaceutical forms is highly desirable
* Basic programming skills and experience with process control systems (e.g. Siemens or B&R) are appreciated
* Familiarity with Process Analytical Technology (PAT) tools and strategies would be beneficial

* Strong hands‑on approach and enthusiasm for practical work in laboratory and technical environments
* Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
* Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally
