What will you do
This role, based in Vienna Austria, is crucial in ensuring the board operates efficiently and effectively, driving the company's strategic goals. Your efforts will directly impact strategic decision-making and help propel the company forward.You will be streamlining board operations, managing logistics, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and ensuring proper documentation and record keeping.
* Facilitate end-to-end logistics for Board meetings (agendas, materials, minutes, follow-ups).
* Maintain and manage corporate records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance protocols.
* Create and manage project timelines and appointments for the board and ensure all deliverables and documentation meet deadlines.
* Assist the board with legal documentation and filings.
* Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to collect and consolidate required documentation and data from internal teams for board meetings as well as regulatory filings and submissions.
* Act as a liaison with legal advisors, consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure accurate and timely information exchange.
* Monitor regulatory changes relevant to the Company and report to the board.
What Should you Bring
* University degree in law, business administration, or a related field preferred
* At least 3 years of professional experience as executive assistant, project manager or similar role
* Proven track record in project or process management, ideally in a financial institution or financial industry related field
* Excellent organizational skills and a high degree of discretion
* Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment
* Structured and analytical way of working with a high degree of personal responsibility
* proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent communication skills in German and English skills are required
