Are you a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with strong commercial acumen? As our Sales Coordinator, Off-Trade, you will be instrumental in supporting the Sales Director Off-Trade and the broader Off-Trade team. You will ensure effective and efficient management and coordination of all sales-related business processes. This includes acting as the core interface and communicator between Off-Trade and Customer Service, and overseeing sales-related back-office workflows, collaborating cross-functionally with departments like On-Trade, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance.
Job responsibilities
* Provide full administrative, operational, and analytical support for key accounts, ensuring excellent customer service.
* Act as a key point of coordination for customers on operational topics.
* Communicate product innovations, limited editions, giftbox offers, vintage changes, and supply-related information to customers.
* Prepare and share sales materials with customers (e.g., sales folders, product pictures, presentations, pricing updates).
* Actively support volume and quality planning per account, ensuring alignment with allocations and supply chain quotas.
* Track promotional performance, analyse results, and share relevant insights with the Off-Trade team and Marketing.
* Support in the preparation of customer meetings.
* Check and validate daily all Off Trade customer orders (SKU, EAN, price, delivery date, etc.) and communicate discrepancies to buyers / planners.
* Control pricing and condition schemes by customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Process customer complaints related to pricing discrepancies.
* Handle the approval flow for annual customer contracts and customer invoices, in line with internal compliance guidelines.
Accruals, Trade Spend & Financial Controlling
* Monitor and manage accruals in line with customer agreements and VISTEX, maintaining a clear and accurate overview of trade spend budgets.
Forecasting & Allocation Management
* Ensure volume planning and phasing are accurate, aligned with supply chain quotas, and supported by strong forecast accuracy.
* Monitor allocations at quality/SKU level based on available volumes.
Representation

Profile
Education
* Professional education (mid- / high-level), Bachelor or Master degree in Commercial or Business Administration with clear emphasis on Sales and Controlling
Professional experience & know how
* First experience in sales and account management, ideally within a luxury products company.
* Strong coordination skills in business support: detail-oriented, with proven ability in data analysis & evaluation, including reporting & presentation formatting.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced matrix organization, managing deadlines & priorities, and structured workflows.
* We are looking for a dynamic and experienced candidate with strong administrative and organizational skills in the commercial sector, who is keen to develop their career further, potentially within Key Account Management
Languages
* German (fluent written & spoken) as a must.
* English (fluent written & spoken) is required.
* French is a plus.

* For this position, a collectively agreed minimum salary of € 2,509.00 gross/month (Collective Agreement for Handel) applies. A market-compliant overpayment is intended with appropriate qualifications and experience.
