The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvements, customer satisfaction, and data analysis. Additionally, expertise in new technologies and artificial intelligence (AI) is essential to drive innovation and efficiency within our systems.
Your Tasks Analyze and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Groups Customer Data Hub
Identify and implement new technologies and AI solutions to optimize business operations
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes and system requirements
Provide training and support to team members on new technologies and applications
Your Background A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience as a Business Analyst; preferably in the banking or financial services industry
Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills
You are proficient in data analysis tools and techniques
Good knowledge of new technologies and AI applications in business processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
You are able to work independently and as part of a team
