We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Food and Beverage team as a key member of our hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing daily operations, staff scheduling, and quality control.
About the Job:
* Deliver outstanding guest service, ensuring top-tier service from breakfast to fine dining.
* Manage a team of hospitality professionals, overseeing daily operations, staff scheduling, and quality control.
* Communicate effectively with guests and staff in English, with German language skills advantageous.
* Maintain high service standards and build strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
* Plan and coordinate events, working closely with hotel management to support MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events).
* Optimize processes and ensure compliance with operational standards.

* Experience in hotel or restaurant management, with a strong background in F&B operations.
* Hospitality professional with supervisor-level experience in F&B operations.
* Fluent communicator in English, with German language skills advantageous.
* Passionate about gastronomy, highly organized, and guest-oriented.
