are an experienced video creator and editor with a strong eye for storytelling and visual quality
bring solid experience in high-end video production, from capturing compelling footage to crafting refined edits and color grades
are comfortable working in outdoor and action environments, producing dynamic content in real-world conditions
also feel at home in studio environments, with experience in lighting setups, audio recording and interview situations
are highly skilled in post-production, using tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects and DaVinci Resolve to create polished results
understand how to adapt video assets for different social media platforms
are familiar with AI-assisted content workflows and prompting tools that enhance production and editing processes
ideally bring experience in motion design / motion graphics
work precisely and professionally, with a strong attention to detail
thrive under deadlines, manage multiple projects, and contribute creative ideas and problem-solving skills
will showcase your skills using industry-leading equipment from Sony, Leica, and Blackmagic
speak and write excellent English (German or other languages are a plus)
are interested in a full-time, in-house position in Fuschl am See, Austria

manage the full video production workflow — from shooting to editing, color grading and sound design
produce high-quality content for international campaigns, social media channels and major projects such as Red Bull X-Alps and The Illume
develop creative video concepts aligned with brand and campaign goals
collaborate with creative teams to deliver engaging visual storytelling across platforms
integrate AI tools into the production process to improve efficiency and creative output
create motion graphics and motion design elements that enhance video storytelling
