Aufgaben
* Preparation or support in the preparation of the monthly cost report as well as in the monthly reporting, such as project reports, earnings forecasts, etc.
* Preparation or support in the preparation of forecasts, particularly in terms of performance, results, and risks
* Preparation and follow-up of insurance notifications
* Review of internal allocations
* Accounts payable and receivable accounting, including invoicing, receivables management, and dunning processes
* Monitoring compliance with construction contracts (with clients and subcontractors), both legal and commercial aspects
* Participation in and clarification of the commercial framework conditions during acquisition, systematic customer support, as well as negotiation and legal review of contracts
* Independently providing expert advice on all contractual matters
Qualifikationen
* Completed commercial education (e.g. business academy, university of applied sciences, university); a university degree is desirable
* Professional experience in a similar role, ideally in the construction industry
* Solid IT skills and a strong affinity for working with numbers
* Dynamic, analytical, and innovative mindset
* Strong communication and contractual skills
* Willingness to learn, flexibility, and above-average commitment
* Structured, proactive, solution-oriented, and independent working style with strong team spirit
* Strong awareness of quality and cost-efficiency
* Possible willingness to travel
* Knowledge of a CEE language is a plus, but not mandatory
