Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to support our client, a prestigious service company in Zug. The successful candidate will start immediately or as agreed and will provide essential back‑office support, ensuring efficient office operations and smooth administrative processes.
Responsibilities
* Telephone and reception duties
* Coordination of appointments and calendars
* Organization of meetings and events
* Travel planning and expense reconciliation
* Preparation and maintenance of meeting minutes
* General office administration and document handling
* Project support and reporting tasks
* Correspondence in German, English and French
Qualifications
* Commercial basic training (Kaufmännische Grundausbildung)
* Several years of executive assistant experience in an international context
* Fluent German (C2), English (C1) and French (C1)
* Proficient with MS‑Office suite
* Strong communication, organizational and service‑oriented mindset; independent, resilient under stress
