Your Tasks
* Conduct a comprehensive analysis of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM systems, identifying redundancies, inefficiencies, and integration challenges
* Design end-to-end CRM processes, including data models, integration layers, workflows, and user interfaces
* Define and enforce CRM development standards based on best practices and governance models
* Oversee the implementation and customization of the CRM platform, ensuring alignment with business needs
* Document system architecture and data flows to ensure smooth transition and effective knowledge retention
Your Profile
* At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
* Proficient in CRM configuration, including workflows, user setup, data import, SQL, and security settings
* Experience with integration tools and APIs
* Strong problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking in troubleshooting system and process issues; proactive approach to communication and teamwork
* Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 46,781.00.
