Overview
Driving market growth from the ground up in Spain: this role focuses on developing long‑term customer relationships, opening new market segments, and identifying strategic opportunities in the rapidly expanding starter cultures market. With responsibility for acquisition, prospecting, and portfolio coordination, the position is central to shaping our market presence in Spain while providing strong support to both distributors and customers.
Tasks
* Acquire new customers & develop fresh market segments
* Manage and grow key accounts — including the Campofrio Food Group
* Lead projects to success (with support from technical teams)
* Shape the strategy and product portfolio for the Spanish market
* Expand and elevate the Starter Cultures business
Skills
* Experience in Sales/Business Development, ideally in the food or meat processing industry
* Strong understanding of fermented meat products or willingness to deepen your expertise
* Analytical mindset & ability to identify market opportunities
* Strong network (Campofrio advantage)
* Excellent communication & presentation skills
* Willingness to travel (>50%)
