Group Operational Excellence Consultant (f/m/x)
Role Summary
You will drive operational excellence across Mondi's global production network by delivering expert guidance, benchmarking and performance management solutions. Furthermore, you will shape and implement strategies that enhance productivity, optimise processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement to achieve sustainable business results.
Your Responsibilities
Lead project and work streams in the areas of operations within the multinational excellence team at the Mondi group level
Identify opportunities and bring focus in areas such as operational strategy/production efficiency production systems, process improvements, productivity enhancements, quality/waste optimization, reliability
Understand complex business requirements and transform them into holistic solutions
Enable effective change to support the transformation efforts within our production network/plants
Provide technical and managerial content
Develop training materials and support local teams in capability building
Communicate project results to stakeholders effectively
Collaborate with external experts and benchmark pulp & paper and converting operations
Your Qualifications
University degree in a technical or economic discipline, ideally with an MBA. Certifications in LEAN and Six Sigma are considered advantageous
4+ years of professional experience with focus on operations management and/or consulting
Proven project management skills and structured approach
Strong business acumen, excellent communication, and intercultural skills
Passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement
Very good analytical and conceptual skills
Experience in statistical data analytics and data modeling is considered a plus
Process-oriented thinking, problem-solving skills, and result-driven attitude
Fluency in English, additional languages are considered a plus
Willingness to travel up to 60%

Extent: full-time, 38 hours / week, all-in contract
We offer a minimum compensation package starting at € 56,000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
