Your future area of responsibility
Analysis, development, and automation of existing CRM processes and interfaces
Development of CRM strategies for customer loyalty, acquisition, and relationship management
Maintenance and further development of the CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics)
Management, control, and implementation of CRM projects
Close cooperation with internal departments such as sales, marketing, and IT
Training and support for CRM users within the company
Development of dashboards and reports for data-driven decisions
Introduction of the CRM system at subsidiaries and agents
What you can inspire us with:
At least 5 years of experience in CRM with a focus on digital B2B business
Comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, including configuration, customization, and integration
Strong analytical skills and experience with KPIs, reporting, and automation
In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform: Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, integration of common Microsoft services and external systems
Good understanding of sales and industry processes
Team-oriented, responsible, and organized
Advanced German and English language skills
