Digital Designer – UI/UX | Senior (all genders)
Start immediately. Total hours available full-time 36 h week. Location: Salzburg or Vienna.
You design digital experiences that go beyond pure functionality. With a deep understanding of user behaviour, aesthetics and technology, you develop visionary interfaces for high‑end websites and platforms. Your goal: well‑thought‑out UX, precise UI and fluid micro‑interactions that make every detail tangible.
Responsibilities
Conception and design of user interfaces for complex websites and digital platforms – from UX strategy to final design development.
Development of navigation logic, information architectures and interaction flows that guide users intuitively.
Setup and maintenance of design systems and component libraries in Figma, including auto‑layout, variants and responsive patterns.
Design of microinteractions and UX motion design to combine interaction, feedback and brand character.
Planning and execution of user testing and prototype validation to support design decisions based on data and user feedback.
Close collaboration with UX research, development and product teams – for smooth transitions between concept, design and implementation.
Qualifications
Several years of experience in UI/UX design with a focus on websites, platforms or digital systems.
Excellent knowledge of Figma – including design system architecture, prototyping, motion and developer handover.
In‑depth knowledge of usability, information architecture, interaction design and UX motion principles.
Experience with user testing and iterative design processes.
Strong visual skills, attention to detail and a keen sense of aesthetics, typography and animation.
Very good knowledge of German and English. German language skills at a minimum C1 level are required.
Offer
Annual salary starting at €56,000 gross (incl. holiday pay and Christmas bonus) on a full‑time basis. Salary depends on qualifications and experience.
