Purpose & Main Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the Mobility & Specialties Business Unit, ensuring alignment with NEVEON’s group strategy and targets
* Drive strategic initiatives to deliver sustainable sales growth and increased profitability
* Hold full P&L responsibility for the BU Mobility & Specialties
* Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for a team of senior managers
* Motivate, inspire, and develop leaders and teams across the BU to foster high performance, engagement, and a collaborative culture
* Serve as a C-level leader and active member of the NEVEON Executive Committee (EXCO)
Required Competences & Skills
* Educational background: University degree in economics or technical disciplines
* Leadership experience: Minimum of 10 years in a senior leadership role, preferably within a relevant industrial sector
* Track record: Proven success in driving revenue growth and improving profitability
* Change agent: Demonstrated experience leading organizational transformation and change
* Strong strategic thinking, analytical abilities, and sound decision‑making skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all levels
* Proficient in navigating complex regulatory environments
* Commercially minded, results‑oriented, and service‑driven
* Languages: Fluent in English and German are an advantage
