This is the key role in the management of existing and potential clients.
This role will support clients with the best solutions to meet their needs in our specialist field.
This role will drive the growth of the business, analyse sales performance and develop a growth plan for both financial and customer satisfaction improvement.
Urgency, professionalism and service are the keys to stakeholder engagement.
Maintain accurate client records, and capture relevant information regarding each sales interaction.
Ability to provide clinical and technical training and education to a diverse range of clients.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Previous sales, business development or client relationship management success within the health care industry
* Strong developed sales, negotiation and influencing skills and experience
* Track record of being able to multi-task and prioritise workload to be effective in a competitive environment
* Experience in delivering patient-focused solutions based on customer needs
* Experience in building strong networks and lasting business relationships including with the company’s front-of-house staff
* Territory management skills would be a plus
As the Business Development Manager, you will:
* Lead, coach and support the Marketing team to deliver high-quality outcomes
* Coach and support the company’s front-of-house staff to support the Marketing objectives
* Execute and track marketing campaigns aligned to the strategic marketing plan
* Oversee content marketing, social media activity, and digital campaigns
* Collaborate with external agencies across SEO, Google Ads, social media advertising and creative production
* Manage marketing communications across internal and external channels
* Support the development and review of the Marketing Plan, including ROI tracking
* Ensure consistent brand application across all business areas and communications
* Coordinate and manage events, ensuring strong engagement and outcomes
* Monitor marketing performance and provide regular reporting and insights
About You
Proven experience in a marketing management role
Strong leadership capability with experience managing and developing teams
Demonstrated experience in delivering integrated marketing campaigns
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work at pace, prioritise effectively, and deliver results quickly
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related field will be highly regarded
