Overview
You will support Mondelez Europe Quality Certification Lead in the management of Sustainability certification schemes on a various number of sites across Europe. The aim is to maintain successful certification where programs are already implemented and to support projects for new program implementation as needed in the future. You will also support digitalization of some tasks to gain efficiency. You will interact with the Quality Community in Europe (plants and central), Mondelez Digital Services (MDS), Procurement, Marketing/Sales, and external partners.
Responsibilities
* Program coordination for existing certifications maintenance, including planning supervision, communication of changes to Certification Bodies (people, process, products, sites in scope), and information/training on standards for new comers and on standards changes when upgrades are published.
* Users setup and training on standard-specific tools (traceability, artwork approval).
* Coordination of internal audits planning for each certification scheme; conduct some internal audits.
* Lead multisite external audits and support plant and central functions audits.
* Coordinate non-conformities investigation and action plan management; audit invoices check and approval; documentation maintenance on Teamsite (Certificates and audit reports uploads).
* Optimization of processes and procedures; recommend combinations of programs for efficiency; support to new program implementation.
* Training on standards for first implementation to plants and central functions; preparing certification application with required documentation for Certification Body; supporting plants with documentation creation (procedures, records).
Digitalization
* Create and optimize task reminders.
* Consolidate Corrective & Preventive Action Plan trackers.
* Contribute at Mondelez Europe level to a SAP project to facilitate certification management.
* Build learning module and learning path on certifications for other functions involved.

Skills, Education, Languages, Certifications
* Skills: SharePoint management; SAP QM knowledge (strong advantage); SAP PLM (nice to have); digital savvy; comfortable with Excel and numbers; ability to work on multiple activities concurrently; strong communication and leadership across functions; business acumen and negotiating; ability to deliver training in English.
* Education: Master Degree in Food related sciences or Food Engineering.
* Languages: Required: Fluent in English (oral and written); Preferred: Fluent in a 3rd language (especially French).
* Certifications: Qualified as Internal auditor.
Work Experience
* More than 5 years in FMCG.
* At least 1 or 2 years in a plant.
* Minimum 2 years in Quality & Food Safety.
* Experience working in cross-country teams and in remote settings.
* Experience in certification program management.
Other Details
* N.B. This position is a temporary role with a mission for 18 months.
* No relocation support available.
