In the course of this, we want to get to know you a bit and of course you are very welcome to ask us your questions as well.

Max. 1 week after the phone interview, you will again receive a feedback from us.
Now it‘s time to get to know you a little bit better! Depending on where you live, this talk will take place either at our head office in Wörgl or via video call.
Be punctual, inform yourself a bit more about our company and prepare questions that you would like to ask.
Within the following week you will hear from us and if the talk went well for us both, we will invite you for an Insight Day at our head office in Wörgl.
For sure you are already curious how your maybe new work place looks like or who could be your new colleagues. Now it‘s time for you to get live insights into our day-to-day business and talk to our team!
If you came to Wörgl for your face-to-face interview and it went well for both of us, you will spend ca. 2 hours in the relative department right after our talk. In case we talked via video call, we are looking forward to welcome you at our head office in Wörgl for an Insight Day.

Within 1 week after your Insight Day we will send you the contract as well as some important startup information.
See you on your first work day!
Being our new team member, you start your 3-months-Trainee Program within your first week of work. In the course of this program, your mentor will introduce you step by step to your daily working practices and you will work actively within your team right from the start.
In order to get an overview over the single departments of our company and to get more background information, you will also take part in theoretical in-house-trainings, including 13 modules.
In order to understand higher-level processes, connections and dependences in our company, you will get through job rotations in your third month of the Trainee Program. In the course of these job rotations you will spend half a day in every department, where you can ask your colleagues everything you are interested in.
During the whole period of your training program and also afterwards, your mentor and your supervisors as well as the HR-team are there for you for any kind of questions and requests.
Besides our Trainee Program, we offer various further education possibilities, including workshops, seminars, talks and language courses for all our employees.

We put great emphasis on the training and education of our employees: a comprehensive trainee program in the first months of working with us; job rotations; various language courses; and other in-house or external educational trainings and seminars.

Transped Shuttles
We want to make it as easy as possible for our employees to get to work and back home. That’s why we offer free shuttle buses from Innsbruck and from the station in Wörgl that match our working hours.
