What to expect:
* Develop and maintain reporting and analytics standards for Retail & Bancassurance International, ensuring data accuracy through validation and quality assurance.
* Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
* Design and build reports, dashboards, and presentations (e.g., with SQL, Power BI) to visualize key metrics and performance indicators for both sales and management.
* Prepare raw data into structured KPIs and performance indicators, enabling efficient analysis through optimized data models and drill-down functionalities.
* Share responsibility for reporting and analytics across departmental teams, working closely with headquarters and international market stakeholders.
* Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring up-to-date, high-quality data through effective data linking, update processes, and collaboration within a diverse international team.
What we expect:
* A bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field, along with experience in a similar role.
* Solid knowledge of data analysis, data visualization, and reporting, including the creation and use of dashboards.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into meaningful reports.
* Ideally, initial exposure to the Retail or Bancassurance insurance sector.
* A proactive, creative mindset and a strong willingness to learn and further develop your skills.
* A collaborative team spirit and an excellent command of the English language.
