YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage internal and external teams of development engineers and scientists, developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets.
* Monitor project progress, make necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
* Translate business requirements into actionable project plans aligned with business needs, stakeholder expectations, and portfolio management.
* Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for digital self-service solutions, aligning with the customer services strategy.
* Serve as the primary contact for business and process owners in the Customer Service domain, fostering effective cross-functional collaboration and communication.
* Harmonize existing digital activities, tools, and processes while coordinating digital innovation activities and service solutions across teams.
YOUR PROFILE:
* Completed education (Secondary Technical College, University, University of Applied Sciences, or comparable) with a focus on Informatics/Telematics or a related field.
* At least 2 years of professional experience in project management, preferably in digital services or customer services projects.
* Knowledge of software development coding and methods, as well as Digital Services.
* Experience with Cloud technologies, preferably Azure Cloud Services.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
* Business-fluent knowledge of German and English.
