Your Responsibilities
* Writing a dissertation in the field of business administration as part of a structured doctoral program at the University of Graz
* Participation in the institute’s research projects
* Assistance with organisational and administrative tasks as well as evaluation measures
* Independent teaching of courses in German and English, conducting examinations, and supervising students
* Participation in and organisation of the institute’s events
* Contribution to the preparation and submission of third-party funding applications
Your Profile
* Completed diploma or master’s degree in economic sciences and/or engineering sciences
* Specialisation in business management / strategic management / entrepreneurship
* Practical experience in the areas of strategic management and intrapreneurship (desirable)
* Proficiency in software for data analysis and statistics
* Ability to work independently and take responsibility
* Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills
* Willingness to pursue further training and professional development
* Excellent command of German and English

We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 52.007,20 for a fulltime position. An overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.
