As our new Team Leader Service, you will be responsible for leading, developing and motivating a team of Service Consultants to meet business targets, and working alongside the wider Service team to build strong engagement and a quality customer experience.
You will:

Knowledge and Experience:
* Demonstrated ability to create winning cultures & develop high performing teams in a Service environment
* Demonstrated experience in people leadership in the workplace
* An ability to influence, develop and coach ensuring the delivery of a positive and engaged customer experience
* Demonstrated ability to quickly and effectively identify trends and opportunities
* Sound judgment skills with the ability to interpret evaluate and disseminate information
