Durack Civil is a rapidly growing civil contractor delivering major infrastructure and subdivision projects across Queensland. With a strong pipeline of secured works and continued growth across the business, we are seeking an experienced Regional Superintendent to join our leadership team.
This is a senior role responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of multiple civil construction projects, leading project teams, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
About the Role
Reporting directly to senior management, you will be responsible for the overall coordination and performance of projects from commencement through to completion.
Responsibilities
* Overseeing multiple civil construction projects simultaneously
* Managing Supervisors and site teams
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
* Monitoring project performance, forecasting and reporting
* Driving quality, safety and environmental compliance across all projects
* Assisting with programming, procurement and resource allocation
* Supporting tendering, methodology development and project planning
* Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency
About You
* Proven leadership experience managing large infrastructure or subdivision projects
* Strong commercial and contractual understanding
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments
* High level organisational and problem‑solving abilities
